Joe is a certified fitness trainer and licensed wellness coach with 25 years of experience in the fitness industry. He has owned and managed fitness clubs in the Midwest in addition to working with both professional and high school sports teams.
PHASE 1: Demolition
You are what you believe you are. Successful body change occurs when individuals expose bad health behavior and implement a new way of thinking about their body. Demolition creates a new way of thinking about your body that aligns with your creator.
PHASE 2: Foundation
You will implement fitness components to challenge your “inner athlete” that will allow body transformation to take hold. The focus and intensity will be ramped up. This phase is the key to sustainable health and will bring the most dramatic physical change.
PHASE 3: Transformation
You have developed the mindset, fitness level, and the freedom to live a disciplines lifestyle. You now possess a strong body and mind! The workouts at this stage are those performed by athletes and advanced-level training clients.
